About Martin Kellett

Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) and senior commercial leader with over 30 years’ experience delivering capital works, fit-outs, and multi-site roll-outs across the public and private sectors. I have worked extensively across the EMEA region for corporate clients, bringing deep expertise in procurement strategy, cost management, and programme assurance aligned to global business needs. My background includes leading commercial teams and overseeing multi-million-pound portfolios, with a strong focus on governance, risk, and value-driven delivery. I specialise in developing and implementing procurement frameworks, contract strategies (NEC, JCT, FIDIC), and cost intelligence systems to support strategic decision-making. With advanced data skills including Excel, Power Query, Power BI and relational databases, I’ve built benchmarking and project reporting tools that enable transparency and performance tracking across complex programmes. I am also a German speaker, with international project experience across diverse regulatory and cultural contexts. A committed leader and mentor, I’ve guided high-performing teams and supported professional development through APC. I bring a practical, strategic mindset to every role, combining commercial acumen with a passion for quality and innovation in project delivery.
