Young professional in Finance management, business administration and analysis with experience in Private equity and Big 4 company. Recently looking for a job in order to progress with career after parential leave, with aim at complex range of finance, business administration and economic affairs. After graduating in Masters of Business administration and Finance at Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona I progressed with my career in EY. After two years in Audit I decided to reorientate to Business administration and financial analysis. I started working as a Strategic Project Analyst in Corporate Governance of SPGroup (Czech Private equity group with 200+ mil.EUR AuM). SPGroup is one of the most important financial groups in the Czech Republic. As a member of Corporate governance I worked directly for Investment manager. We were in charge of 13 most importatnt companies from different business areas (finance and insurance, production, exhibition, hotel management, reality). My focus was the insurance field. My daily duties included among others:(i) enforcing strategic interests of the owner,(ii) supporting strategic management decisions through analysis and evaluation of corporate/market data cooperation in yearly budget preparation and (iv) membership in board of directors of particular companies. Characteristics: Among my strong points belong: time management, reliability, integrity, diligence and creativity.
