My earliest gaming memories are of watching my family play The Legend of Zelda on a big old TV. Those moments sparked my passion for games—not just as entertainment but as a way to unite people. That belief has shaped my career: to create experiences that connect with players and empower the teams behind them. My journey started in the U.S. Army, where I learned teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership. At Nintendo, I built a strong foundation in testing and user experience, skills that still guide my work today. At Blizzard, I saw firsthand how collaboration creates excellent games. At Gamblit Gaming, I helped push industry boundaries by blending casino gaming with interactive fun. Most recently, at Visual Concepts, I led QA efforts for LEGO 2K Drive and NBA 2K25, ensuring top-quality releases while mentoring teammates who grew into production and engineering roles. As a father of three, I see how games inspire creativity and learning in the next generation. That’s why I believe leadership is about building trust, improving workflows, and fostering innovation.
