About Martin Luck

My name is Martin Luck, an HRM graduate with a passion for payroll and law and a motivation to continuously improve and educate myself. Due to having English parents, I was brought up in both an English and a Dutch environment. This allows me to be fluent in both English and Dutch. I also have basic knowledge and verbal skills in French and German. In addition, I'm proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet. Now that I've given a short introduction as to who I am, let me tell you now about my personality. As an analytical thinker, I am quick to grasp patterns and structures in various software and business transactions. As someone who keeps notes of what he/she learns and strives to continuously learn new things, I can work independently and quickly grasp what is perceived as really important. Furthermore, I like dealing with others, because it is my belief that getting to know the people with whom you work with on a nearly daily basis (employees, customers.) and sustaining those relationships are two of the key elements which ensure that I will work both professionally and effectively. I also work great as a part of a team. Lastly, having a rational mind and the ability to solve problems creatively are also part of my strengths.
