About Martin Marek

I keep long time experiences from sales and management, understanding of company processes from branch level to top level management, professional approach, reliability and improved sense of negotiation balance`s. Important part of my personality is natural authority based on respectful behaviour and professional knowledge. I very good understand some of specific aspects of this CEE region because my Eastern origin. After change the political system in former Czechoslovakia I have used new opportunity and started in sales of bearings. This era has given me several experiences – most of them developed by daily life. In 2005 I have gotten opportunity to be to build structure of Key Accounts to Czech and Slovak business for Brammer who is leading distributor of mechanical MRO, as member of senior management team. I have been active in marketing as well and have developed local Brammer`s magazine for CZ/SK “Milimetr”. I have started new challenge in last period and started to work for global leader in distribution of electronic, electrical and automation parts – RS Components. Except professional activities I am doing several activities linked with modern history and military as member of Czech Numismatic Society and oldest one club of “Military and History” in the Czech republic. A part of this is my own project “Military Investment Medals” for design, production and distribution investment medals from fine silver or gold oriented for historical milestones of modern Czechoslovakian and Czech military from 1914. Instead this I write articles for special magazines oriented for modern management and technical improvement in CZ time to time with usage of my experiences too. As usually for modern people I am using part of my private finance to contribute on sponsorship of several charitable projects especially to support children and military veterans. My long time target is to continue in sales management or marketing in the Czech Republic or CEE region.
