Recently working as Head of Finance overseeing the monthly management accounts process across four separate entities. Before that I was working as Head of Finance and was overseeing the smooth running of 10 different Bodyshop’s, leading training of finance systems and models as well as project managing a new system. For the majority of my working life, I was accountable for the commercial and strategic planning of budgets and results across groups. I produced daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor and analyse progress towards KPIs and make informed financial decisions. I am innovative and strategic but equally as happy to roll my sleeves up and get stuck in. I am renowned for being commercially focused and results driven as well as being an excellent leader and in all my roles have led my team to deliver results through motivation, development and empowerment.
