With over 12 years of leadership experience at Nordic Hotels & Resorts (Strawberry hotels), I oversee operations for three prominent hotels in Sweden and Norway as well as lead the business performance team for the entire NH & R hotel portfolio. I'm responsible for driving strategic execution, operational excellence and analytics at NH & R. Collaborating with leadership groups, my team supports our stakeholders with analysis and implements structured strategic execution methodologies like OKRs. I also lead innovation workshops to enhance culture, innovation and performance I'm passionate about building high-performing teams, I focus on aligning structure with creativity, ensuring open communication, and holding teams accountable to shared goals.
