About Martin O.

My background spans services and technology-led businesses, with responsibility across revenue performance, customer growth and operational execution. I work closely with founders and leadership teams to bring structure and operating rhythm across the full commercial lifecycle from opportunity through to project delivery and financial outcome.I am most effective in environments where growth has outpaced process and execution needs to catch up with ambition. This has included improving forecasting and reporting, aligning sales with delivery teams, introducing CRM and service processes and improving commercial discipline across long-cycle, high-value projects.Career highlights include:• Scaling recurring revenue from €0 to €2M ARR in a B2B SaaS business• Holding full P&L responsibility across sales and customer success functions• Leading cross-functional teams across sales, delivery and customer success• Improving deal close rates by 30%+ through team and go-to-market changes• Reducing aged receivables by c. €350K through strengthened payment governanceI am particularly interested in roles that combine revenue ownership with delivery accountability within mid-market or scale-up environments.
