About Martin Overgaard

Commitment – Cooperation – Development Throughout my whole career, I have worked with leadership and organizational development as well as personnel development. Development with a LEAN mindset, “Can we do this even better or make this task easier?”, but has also through personal coaching, “How can this team become better and also perform better?” It comes naturally to me to develop methodologies and processes, which frees capacities that can be directed towards value creation. My leadership style is based on Appreciative inquiry, with focus on efficiency through cooperation. However, if circumstances require it, I can easily adapt to a practical mindset, which creates a stronger insight into the “engine” of the company, which enables me to make the correct decisions that will accommodate both departments and company.
