About Martin Overthrow

Working closely with valued customers I have good interpersonal and communication skills and can work both autonomously or as part of a team to provide excellent customer focused service. I am aware of my limitations and will seek help and guidance when required. I have good time management skills being conscientious and reliable in my daily working life. As part of my previous role I have travelled widely to support M.O.D learning support centres & other M.O.D establishments in maintaining and updating their IT equipment and software. I also provided support to schools, colleges and universities. From this you can gather I am trustworthy as I am able to work within secure environments and other sensitive areas. I was tasked with being the supervising technician in the installation and commissioning of a complete multi user interface environment for a government public inquiry. I was lead software and service support technician for the inquiry. I was a member of a team selected to provide technical training to a new technical department in Vodafone's Cairo Office, where I gave workshop sessions to groups of 15 to 20 people.
