I am an professionally certified executive leadership coach and consultant who has worked across six of the seven continents (Antarctica remains elusive!) in a diverse range of cultures, geographies, and climates supporting hundreds of leaders from the private, public, and charitable sectors. In a nutshell, I help individuals, teams and whole organisations create an enabling workplace culture in which everyone can thrive. Clients include major names in Aerospace, Transport, Construction, Professional Services Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Education, Engineering, not for profit and the UK Civil Service. I previously spent over 20 years industry, working for some of the world’s biggest and most complex organisations including BHP Billiton, BP, Centrica, E.ON, Shell, Total and Talisman Energy. I held director level roles in operations, risk management and corporate governance functions, senior front-line and project roles in some of the UK’s most hazardous production facilities. I therefore offer my clients a unique blend of consultancy expertise alongside first-hand knowledge of what it is like to lead within complex, high-hazard and high-profile organisations. As a result, my interventions are grounded in the reality of your every-day business life not academic research or theoretical, idealised consultancy models. I hold a Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching, a First-Class degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree (with Distinction) in Structural Integrity.
