About Martin Rapp

I am a curious and data-driven Sales & Operations professional with a combined experience of more than 14 years in IT services, B2B, and retail sales. Throughout my career, I have proven my ability to draw business insights from data and from assessing customer needs, showing great persistence in problem-solving. This allowed me to develop strong business acumen. I work by the credo “to under-promise and to over-deliver”.My passion for tech comes from a lifelong affinity for various technologies. Early on, when I got my hands on new gadgets and software, I found it equally exciting to go through user manuals and menu options to learn the full potential of a new "tech toy". These days, this affinity for tech drives me to stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends. While I draw great satisfaction from exceeding sales goals, providing a complete solution for a customer is equally important to me. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated this not only on the retail sales floor by talking to customers, but also as an Analyst slicing and dicing data.
