Self-confidence, determination, and a passion for customer relations are my driving forces. With a unique career journey, I have demonstrated that change and growth are in my blood. My professional journey began in 2013 as a hairdresser, where I not only perfected my craft but also completed my high school diploma, showcasing my willingness for personal development. In 2021, I made a radical career shift and embarked on a new path as a career changer in the client service industry. Thanks to my persistence and my ability to learn quickly, I was able to climb the ladder within just one year, taking on the role of a Customer Success Agent. In my current position, I handle VIP clients among others, working to understand their needs and provide top-notch service. Today, I take pride in working as a Customer Success Agent, combining my passion for customer care with my adaptability and continuous improvement. My goal is to not only create satisfied customers but also to delight them and build long-lasting relationships.
