My work bridges deep technical expertise in intelligent process management with strategic leadership. I drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and customer success to bring high-impact features to market — from AI-driven insights and process prediction to conformance checking and GenAI agents that optimize process understanding and automation. Previously, at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), I researched intelligent systems, giving me a unique perspective on applying cutting-edge AI to create measurable business value for enterprise customers.
