About Martin Schultz

I am an experienced software developer with a focus on multichannel communication platforms, including real-time voice (SIP), chat, and messaging. I have a solid background in designing, developing, and operating business-critical software systems that run 24/7. At Nordea, I work as an IT Expert Developer, where I help design, build, and maintain the platform that supports Nordea’s contact centers. The platform is SIP-based, built on Genesys on-premise. We work in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) setup, and I’m involved in all stages of development, from gathering requirements and designing the architecture to managing the technical parts of the projects and working on the actual implementation. I continuously participate in the architectural work to keep our platform current. I enjoy working closely with business stakeholders to make sure we deliver great customer experiences. In my spare time, I sometimes also develop mobile apps, which you can find at Specialties: C#, SIP, Javascript, DevOps, scaled agile (SAFE), Customer Experience, Genesys, powershell kubernetes.
