About Martin Schuster

I am a Creative Consultant and Executive Creative Director currently based at KEMMLER KEMMLER. Originally from a medium-sized city in East Germany, I grew up at the intersection of unfulfilled left-wing dreams and the emerging promises of capitalism, haunted by youth culture and the glittering world of Western advertising. Over the years, I've had the honor to work and collaborate with renowned clients, including Porsche, Google, BMW M, Artek, Meta, Nike, Vitra, Tinder, Zalando, Adidas, SieMatic, Puma, Lang & Söhne, and Under Armour. As a former Bauhaus Excellence scholarship fellow, I was honored to have been invited as a guest lecturer at academic institutions such as Berlin University of Arts and Bauhaus University in Weimar. With over a decade of experience in fashion, design, and lifestyle, along with a demonstrated history in the contemporary luxury industry, I am still driven by curiosity and an unwavering pursuit of excellence. With my proven c-Level management skills and a unique talent-fostering approach, I always strive to build and lead outstanding creative teams to enhance cultural relevance for brands today and in the future.
