About Martin Singleton

I managed all finances for Manhattan Christian College to include all banking, tuition revenue (AR), donations, grants/loans (G5), payroll, expenses (AP), and collections. I enjoy challenging problem solving involving analysis (left brain) and creative thinking. I like to see the big picture as well as the impact on all aspects of the decision/process at the lowest levels. I also enjoy managing projects to include the planning, implementation, execution, and ongoing performance improvement. I like to collaborate and build working relationships through listening, feedback, trust, caring and service. I take pride in my leadership ability to influence subordinates, peers, and leadership to accomplish organizational objectives. It is rewarding to see staff perform at their highest level and grow to reach their full potential. I enjoy the "process", but love to see the effort come to fruition, so I am engaged, dedicated, and I always achieve the objective.
