About Martin Tatton

With over 15 years of experience managing projects and leading teams of varying sizes, I specialize in CAPEX project management, product project management, and maintenance management. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills using the PRINCE2 methodology to ensure efficient project delivery from inception to completion. A key highlight of my career was leading a collaborative effort with two other companies on an innovative industrial lighting control system, which was honored with the prestigious Lux Lighting Award for Industrial Project of the Year. This recognition was a testament to the team's dedication and my leadership in driving the project to success. In 2019, I had the honor of being inducted into the Manufacturer Top 100 alumni, a distinction recognizing role models in the UK manufacturing sector. Previously, I served as a Project Manager at Volvo, where I led New Product projects within the Technology Design team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions. I have also played an integral role in ISO implementation teams, driving the adoption of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO standards, helping organizations improve quality, environmental, and energy management practices. Currently, I am with Nomad GCS, where I focus on enhancing preventative maintenance systems and processes, optimizing operations to ensure long-term asset reliability.
