About Martin Teplik

I am highly experienced management professional with solid technical infrastructure experience, strong project management and vendor manager skills. My experience lies in both the private and public sector having developed my career from the ground-up. I have high level leadership and teamwork skills including demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, and implement positive change. I also have highly developed relationship building skills. As a strong senior leader I have the capacity and motivation to use innovative solutions to provide efficient and effective services to the community, deliver key capital works programs, and build a culture of team performance across multiple services. With a focus on customer service, community outcomes and staff, I am an inspiring leader that brings people along with me. Situated in the centre of Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley, Latrobe City is one of the four Victorian regional cities, the only located in eastern Victoria.
