About Martin Woods

An accomplished business development leader, I have a proven track record within the restoration industry of identifying prospective clients, cultivating relationships, growing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With an entrepreneurial mindset, I have helped grow two start-up companies into dominant forces within their markets by providing personal attention to every client while creating a customer-centric culture with clear goals and expectations. Over my 25+ years I have acquired comprehensive knowledge of the restoration industry from both the contractor’s and insurer’s point of view. I am frequently sought out for this unique perspective and my advice from one-on-one business development to speaking engagements. A determined leader, I am passionate about each goal before me, individualizing those goals to the people I manage and encouraging all to work toward that common goal. I am energized by new challenges and excel at taking creative approaches to solving problems.
