As a Chartered Manager through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), I bring a high level of expertise in leadership, business strategy, and stakeholder management. Combined with my Higher National Diploma in Operations/Department Management, I have a solid foundation in driving operational excellence and delivering measurable results.
