About Martina B.

As a Human Resources Advisor at the Royal United Services Institute since January 2024, I provide comprehensive support across recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes. By working closely with managers, I help streamline recruitment, review job descriptions, participate in interviews, and manage candidate selection. Additionally, I oversee the internship program, ensuring effective collaboration with universities, and manage visa sponsorships and applications. Supported by a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management, I am committed to facilitating positive employee experiences and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. My expertise includes labor relations, performance appraisals, and employer relations, which I leverage to address employee queries and contribute to formal employment-related processes. My goal is to drive impactful HR initiatives that align with organizational success and foster growth.
