Empowering my skills and learning every day is something I carry with me. I’m proactive, organized and responsable - I enjoy contributing to creating fun, flexible and efficient environments. Currently, I work for Experience.Monks, where I handle logistics and functional operations at their Montevideo office. My role is to ensure the team feels comfortable and at home, creating the best possible working conditions. During this incredible journey with Jam3 and Experience.Monks, I’ve expanded my interest toward design, specifically UX Design and UX Research which aligns perfectly with my parallel pursuit of a Psychology degree - I've learned that these fields have a lot in common, and that certain practices and techniques from both areas can be combined to maximize their impact.
