About Martina Capone

My experience at Zoomarine allowed me to start developing my problem solving and customer care skills, having to manage the different rides assigned to me daily, and relate to different types of clients from time to time. The park welcomes a large number of tourists, both Italian and non-Italian, so I was able to cultivate my passion for English and Spanish and confront myself with their culture, assisting them during their visit. Working as a shift leader in ICTS, Amazon, allowed me to develop different skills ranging from organizational skills to manage a shift, in a multitasking mentality. During my experience with Interago SRL, I had the opportunity to deal with various international bodies specialized in different fields: the participation in the More project, the German brand HSE24, the UGI International group, and the Automotive sector with the PSA Retail group. In this way, I managed the collection of orders, problems, and customer communications, learning to listen to the customer's request and to follow them during the problem-solving process, deepening the hard and soft skills that characterized my previous work.
