As an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of CE & Baltics at Johnson & Johnson (Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson), I have been providing high-level administrative and operational support for over 10 years. I am responsible for managing the daily schedule, arranging and coordinating business travel, planning and executing internal and external meetings and events, and developing presentations and reports for the regional leadership team. I have a strong background in customer engagement, communication, and event coordination, having worked in various roles across the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. I have successfully organized and facilitated multiple events, training sessions, and conferences, both in-person and online, for diverse audiences and stakeholders. I have also played an active role in the Communication department, ensuring efficient and clear communication across different departments and countries. I speak fluently English, Italian, Hungarian, and basic German, and I enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I am passionate about delivering excellence, solving problems, and collaborating with others to achieve our common goals.
