I bring several years of experience from LEGO System A/S, where I have held various roles including Junior Project Manager, Assistant Business Enabling Manager, and Administrative Coordinator. In these positions, I have led multiple projects within Operations, managed cross-functional and cross-national teams, supported senior leadership, and driven continuous improvement initiatives at both strategic and local levels. I am passionate about project management and conflict management, and I thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments. My key strengths include strong collaboration and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a high degree of empathy and flexibility.
