About Martina Vantuchova

My passion is to help you find the best method to achieve harmony in your life. As a young girl in Frycovice, Czech Republic, I began gathering medicinal plants such as dandelion, nettle, and yellow dock leaves. I brewed these with my mom who was my first holistic teacher, as her mom was hers. Our holistic knowledge is hands on from generation to generation. Life has taken me through different paths which have equipped me with tools to help others. As a result I create Inner Harmony Therapy. In 2004, I was certified in Nutrition, Bodycare and Herbalism at American College of Healthcare Sciences. In 2005, I started the journey of exploring how energy affects our lives. Within next 2 years I trained in Bio-Energy, Reiki, and Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT). I am a certified practitioner in all three modalities and became a Reiki Master in 2007. I am still continuing in further training in Reiki and SRT. In 2014 I was certified as a Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on the knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I am your guide. We work together to develop strength of your connection to your High Self.
