My areas of expertise and interest: 1. Management systems, sustainability programs, process efficiency and digitalisation. I have helped hundreds of companies implement management and quality systems that have met the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. I am particularly interested in Lean and its integration into the continuous improvement of business processes. Lean, 5S and Six sigma projects are familiar for me. As operations are “rolled out”, I help companies also digitize the monitoring and implementation of processes. With digitalisation, data collection, analysis and data management will become much easier. The development of management systems starts with clarifying the vision and setting goals and indicators that support it. Companies can implement the vision and strategy in such a way that those become clear, communicative and familiar to personnel. Productization and commercialization of innovations I have helped companies commercialize and meet product requirements for both new and old products. Product approval processes and CE markings are familiar for me. I have carried out CE marking projects for construction products, machinery, electrical equipment, medical devices and toys from start to finish. Immaterial property (IP) assets and their protection are also an integral part of product development and commercialization. Together with other experts, I have assisted numerous companies in developing and implementing IPR strategies. Business plan, financing and cash flow estimations In the companies in which I have been an owner and in client companies, I have been able to create numerous business plans, financing plans and cash flow statements. I have been in helping in to get funding for the growth and development of companies for several million euros over the years. Today, business plans are expanding into “Pitch decks / investor presses” to communicate to funders and stakeholders when applying for funding.
