Marty Doyle is a Professional Certified Coach (P.C.C) with the ICF and currently member ICF Coaching Excellence Committee, an ICF Mentor Coach, an Accredited Executive and Organisational Coach, experienced Team Coach, experienced Coach Mentor and a trained Coach Supervisor. Trained ICF Coach Assessor. With over 18 years and over 1900 hours of coaching experience, he is skilled at working with his clients in a way that is respectful as well as challenging. He achieves this by establishing trust and integrity with everyone he coaches. He has worked with high profile Corporate Executives, Business Owners, Charities, Executive Managers, General Managers, Line Managers and Team Managers. He has also worked in Sales Coaching, Coach Training, Coach Mentoring and Coach Supervision. Through developing understanding into his client’s leadership style, he helps develop insights into how they can have better conversations among themselves, their piers and their direct reports. He has facilitated training programmes on Leadership, Developing a Team Vision, Leader as Coach, Developing Direct Reports, Managing people in a Constantly Changing Environment, Managing Millennials and Adapting Leadership Styles for the Right Situation.
