I have worked as a videoconference and integrated systems help desk technician from 2001 to 2003. Became familiar with Polycom, Accord conference bridge and Cisco/Tandberg videoconference systems. Took a position (through Audio Visual Innovations) as the Audiovisual Support Specialist for Pfizer, Inc. regional sales office in Highland Hills, OH. I was responsible for the maintenance, set up, operation and up keep of IVDL classrooms, where audience response system were combined with live videoconference calls and video being delivered first by sattelite, then via TCP/IP. I moved to Dallas, TX to manage hotel AV rental accounts with multiple locations. I was responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations, sales, consulting, fulfillment and invoicing. After a couple of years I moved back to Cleveland. I was employed by Cleveland State University from 2007 to 2011 and Jones Day 2011 to 2015, using Cisco/Codian bridge, VCS-C/E, and Telepresence Management Suite to manage connections and schedules. Since 2015 I have worked as a freelance AV consultant, engineer and technician. Specialties: Microsoft Visio, Office, Outlook, Remote control over IP, Networking, CTS designation from InfoComm International, numerous training certificates from videoconferencing to system design from InfoComm, ECAVA, ECCS. Maintained and upgraded Cisco Hardware infrastructure and Jabber Video users, with legacy Polycom video conference systems at Jones Day. Designed all types of meeting rooms for offices worldwide.
