The firm has three licensed persons on its sales staff with all members being licensed in the states of Kansas and Missouri. These individuals collectively have over sixty five (65) years of commercial real estate experience. Marty Hugo, the company’s founder, holds a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin, which has long been regarded as having one of the top real estate education programs in the country. The company’s other staff members have a variety of educational backgrounds that include a Master’s of Business Administration Degree, a Degree in Education, a Business Degree and considerable real estate continuing education course work and appraisal training and experience. We feel that our varied backgrounds and experience give us a unique perspective, which permits the effective analysis of complex assignments. Following a successful career with Safeway Stores, as Division Director of Real Estate, Marty Hugo opened Real Estate Dynamics, Inc. in 1983. Since that time, the company has been responsible for commercial real estate transactions in eight states and has successfully completed consulting assignments in many others. Our clients and customers have included major corporations, small businesses and private investors. In addition to commercial real estate brokerage and development functions, the company has also provided consulting services to a wide range of clients that have included retail chains, developers and investors. As a result of our long and varied experience, we are well acquainted with investors, users of commercial space, commercial real estate brokers and other commercial real estate professionals, on local, regional and national levels.
