About Marty Klinger

My name is Marty Klinger and I’m passionate about finding the best solution for our customers (both our employees and our clients) – making our business, and doing business with us – as easy as possible. For the past 20 years with BCD Travel, I’ve built a team centered around continuous improvement – through processes, strong project management and learning and development. Our team is seen as a critical business partner to support our business leaders in achieving their goals. I’m known for:• making and keeping commitments – producing a high quality result,• becoming a subject matter expert through learning, collaboration and data collection, and• finding the best and often out-of the-box solutions for our employees and our clients.I’m most proud of the initiatives where I’ve taken responsibility for new challenges and filling business needs. These types of activities allow me to learn and stretch my capabilities, search for new approaches and implement strong solutions. Some examples of this include; building a contact center solutions team to improve the management and improved efficiency of the workforce, leading the team for several starts ups and exploring new approaches to expand a team’s contributions.I’m on LinkedIn to strengthen business relations and make new connections. Please feel free to connect with me!
