About Marty Stetina

Marty Stetina is partners with Brian O’Neill in the O’Neill Stetina Group. Since his move here full time in 2011, Marty has quickly emerged as one of the top producing brokers in the Telluride region having been involved in over in sales during that time period. Marty’s particular focus is on high-end residential, commercial and ranch properties as well as development projects where can utilize his 15+ years of prior experience as a real estate attorney in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Marty’s thoughtful attention to detail, his friendly demeanor and his relentless work ethic separate him among his peers. Prior to moving to Telluride, Marty was a partner in the Nantucket Island, MA law firm of Vaughan, Dale, Hunter, Stetina & Beaudette, PC where he focused on real estate law and represented buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Marty was also the lead permitting attorney on a variety of development projects including boutique hotels, a private tennis and swim club, condominiums and cooperatives and residential subdivisions. He has extensive experience in land use, zoning, planning, environmental compliance and construction law. Marty is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a graduate of The Hill School, and earned an athletic scholarship to play Division I baseball at Villanova University where he earned All Big East honors in 1995 and 1996 and All East Region honors in 1996. He married his colleague sweetheart, Tara, and together they have 3 beautiful children. Marty is an avid skier, scratch golfer and loves trying to coax trout to rise to a dry fly. He and his family feel very blessed to call Telluride home.
