Product Owner and Application Administrator with a background in IT project delivery, ESG reporting systems, and CRM data management. I have over 4 years of professional experience at the intersection of business and technology – combining analytical thinking, system administration, and process improvement. At Budimex, I lead the development and continuous improvement of ESG-focused IT solutions. I’m responsible for end-to-end application lifecycle management in Webcon BPS – from business analysis, configuration, and testing (UAT/regression) to user training and post-implementation support. My role bridges the gap between stakeholders and developers, ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable and compliant digital tools. Previously at JLL, I coordinated product-related tasks around CRM systems and data accuracy, managing a small team, supporting internal users, and creating digital assets (360° photos, VR walkthroughs). I collaborated cross-functionally and supported performance tracking via Google Analytics and agency cooperation.
