As the Inventory Control Manager at Camelia Pharmacy, I ensure and maintain optimal stock levels at retail outlets, redistribute stock, generate reports, and provide system support. I have a Master's degree in International Business from Kaunas University of Technology, where I learned how to apply business analytics, lean thinking, and project management skills to various contexts and challenges. Previously, I worked as a Maintenance Manager and a Controller-technician at UniPark, a leading parking solutions provider. I was responsible for the quality management of parking lots, communication with suppliers and partners, administration of invoices and projects, tendering for service providers, and troubleshooting of various systems. I contributed to the successful completion of several significant projects, such as the installation of new equipment, the optimization of workflows, and the resolution of customer complaints.
