Administrator professional with over 30 years experience in business management, customer service, event management and convention center entertainment services. Currently Cultural Arts Director with the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority, Delray Beach, Florida managing the Cornell Art Museum at Old School Square: Responsibilities include curation of exhibitions, management of art activations, management of museum and staff, development of programming and overseeing all museum events. Formerly Activation Manager for the DDA responsible for essential strategic planning of events, including logistic planning and implementation, development and collaboration of placemaking and the day to day operations of the DDA; execution of a variety of Downtown Merchant and consumer specific programs such as First Friday Art Walk, Shop Small, Delray Beach Fashion Week and Savor the Avenue along with many other programs that benefit the Downtown businesses. Also, foster and develop key relationship building with partners and project a passion for event planning and execution. Glass artist working with kiln formed art glass, including glass sculpture, chandeliers, platters, sconces and table tops for found wrought iron tables.
