Experienced Database Administrator with a healthcare background. Skilled in SQL Server Administration, High Availability and Disaster Recovery, Server and Query Performance Tuning, OnBase Administration, Process Automation and Scripting. I have provided support for business applications and processes for hospital departments on the revenue cycle side since 2003. Some top items that I am proud of: I don't often call for support, it is typically faster and easier to solve problems independently. Though, Google is a good friend. I try to keep a tight RPO and RTO, with available resources, while providing expectations of how a larger data footprint will affect these times. Data continuity, reliability and performance are always top priorities. My familiarity with SQL, Powershell scripts, and network requirements have greatly improved server migrations over the years to ease transitions and minimize interruption. I have written a Mumps based application to send batch eligibility requests (271/270) as a certified EDI submitter for TMHP. Automated reports would find qualified patients without insurance loaded to auto verify eligibility and report out for staff to update accounts. Ad-hoc requests are also accepted thru manual data entry or with flat files output from other sources. As the primary OnBase administrator I have implemented and supported document management and business process automation solutions since 2005.
