About Marvin Flores

During my 18 years of experience in the organic food manufacturing industry I have acquired a lot of knowledge and skills in many areas such as Work Safety, Quality, Food Safety, Service and Performance. I have worked in most departments, where I have developed strategies to achieve business objectives. One of my most recent projects being the implementation of our E-commerce Department where my team created online stores on Amazon, Walmart and Shopify. My natural leadership and problem solving skills have helped maximize productivity and growth in many areas by implementing new systems, strategies and providing employee constructive feedback. Being a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI certified) I have implemented and maintained Food Safety Programs to ensure compliance of GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, Organic and Kosher Certifications. I have participated in many FDA, USDA Organic, Kosher and Third Party Food Safety Audits.
