About Marvin Gilbert

I am an award winning, highly experienced youth worker, with a serious passion for young people. Using trained techniques and mastered skills, I engage, develop rapport and build relationships with young people which enables me to challenge the way they think and behave. From my experience I have learnt to master the art of rapport, observe body language and uniquely communicate, to help young people choose their most resourceful state of mind. Through utilising my skills when working with high risk youth, I have developed a track record of successful interventions, stories of transformation and gained a wealth of knowledge around the issues and barriers young people face. Focusing on identity and purpose, I aim to make a major difference in the life of every young person I meet.
