With 10 years of experience in QA/QC inspection I believe that I have much to offer in the industry. My work experience spans several settings including fabrication workshops, oil refineries, paper mills and working as a third-party inspector. I have worked for both the contractor and for the client and hence I have been afforded the opportunity to develop a holistic skill set required in this industry including communicative proficiency. I have worked in the capacity of sub-ordinate and in leadership roles and my responsibilities have extended across multiple inspection disciplines such as fabrication and/or maintenance of pressurized equipment, example: Piping, Vessels as well as steel structures, with reference to ITP’s/ QCP’s, Procedure Qualification Records (PQR’s & WPS’), Welder Qualification Testing, NDT co-ordination, Material receiving and verification, preparation and witnessing for/of Pressure testing, Final Reinstatement of piping and bolt torquing, Insulation/Cladding & Refractory, along with all QA/QC documentation (QC Databook, QC Data Pack, Turnover binder review) for the same. To date I have experience with the following materials: Duplex (2205), Stainless Steel (316/304), Titanium, Bronze, Hastelloy, Aluminum, SA 516 Gr60/70 and SA 106. I have knowledge of the following Construction codes: API 510, ASME ASME IX, ASME IV, ASME B31.1 & 3, BS EN 15614, EN ISO 13480 – 4 & 5, EN 3834, ISO 9606-1, AWS D1.1 & 1.6.
