About Marvin Opfermann

Interested in financial analysis and modelling but passionate about the companies and business models behind. I have a high level of curiosity, analytical competence and coordination ability and regard data management as the basis of any well-founded analysis. That's why I like working in international teams to improve the structuring, storage and reporting of financial and non-financial data. Apart from that, I am experienced in group reporting, annual audits and collaboration with consultants and auditors, international tax law (esp. transfer pricing), valuation and treatment of intangible assets and working on M&A projects. In addition to capital markets, company valuation and entrepreneurship, I'm interested in pretty much every ball sport and nerdy tech gadgets, try to discover as much of the world as possible and draw my motivation from the idea of a constant learning and development process.
