About Marvin Ortiz

Mr. Ortiz serves as a security consultant for Coalfire Federal Services. He is responsible for supporting FISMA, FedRAMP, and ECSB assessment and advisory services to commercial and government organizations. Marvin has knowledge of common security standards, frameworks, and controls including: FIPS 199, NIST SP 800-30, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53. Mr. Ortiz has thirteen years of program implementation experience demonstrating excellent leadership, process and project management capabilities. His experience includes data management/configuration management support of Navy acquisitions programs, including DDG 51, DDG LHA, SSC, LHA(R), and Carriers programs. Mr. Ortiz also has twenty-two years of customer service management experience responsible and accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
