As an entrepreneur and investor, I’m dedicated to shaping positive impact and embracing life’s adventures. My journey began in 2009, collaborating with visionary founders and leadership teams to craft meaningful, sustainable businesses. With a deep passion for fostering positive company cultures, I’ve played a pivotal role in the success of numerous companies, from micro-enterprises to multinational giants across Indonesia. My approach is guided by the "Scale Right" principles: 1.**Purpose**: Uncovering the profound "why" that drives a business and aligns it with meaningful impact. 2.**People**: Surrounding yourself with the right people, building strong teams, and fostering relationships that elevate the business and its culture. 3.**Process**: Implementing clear, actionable processes that propel businesses to sustainable growth. This structured approach has enabled business leaders to not only envision their ideal life but also to scale their businesses effectively while ensuring their teams and relationships thrive. Throughout my career, I've been instrumental in the SME sector, helping companies grow, enhance their valuation, and achieve national and regional recognition. My dedication to this sector earned me prestigious accolades, including an induction into the ActionCOACH Hall of Fame in 2018 and being named Coach of the Year for Engage & Grow in 2019. For larger corporations, my expertise in planning facilitation, leadership development, and team engagement has garnered international recognition. I’ve had the privilege of working with industry leaders like ANZ Bank, Kuehne Nagel, Red Bull, and Cigna, earning awards such as Engagement Coach of The Year - Asia Pacific (2017) and Executive Coach of The Year - Asia Pacific (2017). Now, as I transition from coaching to new ventures, I’m focusing on growing the impact and contribution of Sekolah Kembang and New Zealand School Jakarta, along with being present for my family. Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness, regularly participating in F45 workouts, soccer, and padel. My main mission is to cherish every moment spent with my wife and two children, as well as family and friends. And, with more time on my hands now, I’m on a personal mission to not be too embarrassing on the golf course.
