As an Associate Professor of Clinical Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Alexandria University School of Medicine, I have over 18 years of experience in teaching, research, and clinical practice. I am also the Director of Medical Laboratories, overseeing the quality and safety of laboratory services and operations. I am an affiliate member of the Royal College of Pathologists (RCPath), a prestigious professional body that sets the standards and promotes excellence in pathology. My special interests and expertise are in hematopathology, molecular pathology, clinical chemistry, and lab endocrinology. I have contributed to multiple publications, projects, and conferences in these fields, advancing the knowledge and practice of clinical pathology. I am passionate about improving the quality and patient safety of healthcare services, and I have earned a certification in Quality Management Foundations. My goal is to enhance the education and training of the next generation of clinical pathologists and laboratory professionals.
