As a dedicated Process Engineer at Unilever, my focus is on driving efficiency and reducing waste through the implementation of the UMS prioritization process. I have successfully employed tools and methodologies from various pillars like BPCD, FI, AM, PM, Q, and PD to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in production processes.My key accomplishments include- Developing and implementing Technical Standards to enhance process stability across production lines- Executing Run to Standard (R2S) procedures, which encompass data collection and analysis, loss prioritization, advanced problem-solving techniques, SMED, AM activities definition, and precise machine settings- Effectively training line crews on technical standards and fundamental restoration practices to ensure ongoing process stability- Identifying and proliferating best practices to augment production efficiencies across different lines- Contributing valuable insights for the EEM pillar, specifically in MP data analysis- Actively participating in initiatives aimed at improving Factory Overall Efficiency (OR)- Strategizing and implementing Non-Value-Adding Activities (NVAA) reduction measures- Leading the management of combustible dust handling, prioritizing safety and strict adherence to regulatory standards.In my role, I am committed to continuous improvement, safety management, and upholding Unilever's standards of excellence in production efficiency and sustainability.
