Employed at KEP TECHNOLOGIES EMEA since 2017, I have had the opportunity to climb the ranks over the years and grow in this family business whose primary value is customer satisfaction. Beginning my professional career as a Laboratory Technician (TGA, DTA, DSC, TMA analysis, analysis of emitted gases), I had the opportunity to supplement this technical knowledge with operational skills as a Technician Field Services (installation, curative maintenance, preventive maintenance). Today I can put all of this knowledge to good use with new employees as LifeCycle Services Manager. Over the years I have acquired a certain number of technical and non-technical skills which have allowed me to progress in my professional and personal life- English proficiency (B2)- Customer training - Organization - Excellent communication skills - Team work These skills have allowed me today, at 29 years old, to become Manager of two services: Laboratory and Field Services-‐- Employé chez KEP TECHNOLOGIES EMEA depuis 2017, j'ai eu l'opportunité de gravir les échelons au fil des années et de grandir dans cette entreprise familiale dont la valeur première est la satisfaction client. Débutant ma carrière professionnel en tant que Technicien Supérieur de Laboratoire (ATG, ATD, DSC, TMA, analyse des gaz émis), j'ai eu l'opportunité de complété ces connaissances technique par des compétences opérationnelles en tant que Technicien LifeCycle Services (installation, maintenance curative, maintenance préventive). Je peux aujourd'hui mettre à profit tous ces acquis auprès des nouveaux salariés en tant que Responsable LifeCycle Services. Au fil des années j'ai acquis un certain nombre de compétences techniques et non techniques qui m'ont permis de progresser dans ma vie professionnelle et personnelle - Maîtrise de l'anglais (B2)- Formation des clients - Organisation - Excellente aptitude à la communication - Travail en équipe Ces compétences m'ont permis aujourd'hui, à 29 ans, de devenir Responsable de deux services : Laboratoire et Service Après-Vente
