As a classically trained artist, Mary Ahern has been creating Art for decades. From her studio on Long Island NY she shows prominently from New York City to the Hamptons and beyond, in solo, invitational and juried exhibitions. With her true entrepreneurial experience in business, she has organized art walks and events, spoken on panels regarding the business of art, and been invited to jury art exhibitions. Ahern continues to give a variety of lectures focusing on artistic process both in traditional and in digital media, art and garden history, design as it applies to the creation of paintings and to gardens. Ahern uses her business background to promote her own brand of Art. She writes expansively about the meaning of her work, the process, the inspiration.
