About Mary Anderson

I was born and raised in the heart of the Midwest in Minot, ND. I was born the baby of 5.while my siblings attest that I was spoiled growing up, I just call it saving the best for last and I know what I want and go for it! I'm the proverbial nerd and love learning new things! I started out in health information technology and worked as a medical transcriptionist for 5 years but my social being called for a more people-oriented profession, so I moved on to radiology. I started in radiology 20 years ago and found my passion! My love for learning new things has taken me to add registrations in diagnostic radiology, mammography, CT, and MRI! Jack of all trades! I am lucky enough to work in a rural facility and am able to continually work in all of these modalities. My drive and passion for learning still continues and am currently pursuing a Masters of Healthcare Administration degree that I am on track to complete fall of 2023. I have completed coursework in healthcare delivery systems, population health, operations management, quality management, financial management and economics, leadership and human resources, policy, ethics, and law, as well as strategic planning and marketing. I have been on the Dean's List each quarter for maintaining a 4.0 GPA. I am excited for the opportunities to grow professionally and see where life takes me! I am an outdoor enthusiast and love hunting, fishing, kayaking, and soaking up the rays!
