EXPERTISE I work with small business owners and corporate professionals to develop and maintain positive organizational and team cultures that allow their companies to successfully compete and scale. I have over 20 years of experience leading, facilitating, coaching, and developing leaders and organizations. I understand what leaders and teams need to succeed, and assist them to achieve outstanding performance. I coach growth-oriented leaders to measurably improve individual and team performance, and also assists leaders in culture integration to optimize the human side of the Merger & Acquisition process. I have worked with leaders and teams in the private and public sectors to produce significant change utilizing a combination of 360-degree feedback, self-awareness tools, assessments, individual and team coaching, workshops, and behavior change methodologies. I like to combine in-depth knowledge of personal and organizational dynamics with business experience to develop long-term, substantive solutions and increased skills for her clients. I especially love working with teams and in companies where conflict is prevalent—nothing is more rewarding than helping companies resolve conflict and be able to move forward productively. PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND In addition to leading Yellow Wagon Leadership, I have held key leadership positions including Executive Director, Senior Vice-President, and Chief Operating Officer. I have coached executives and teams to achieve high levels of productivity and engagement, leading to measurable organizational results and impact. I have developed employee satisfaction surveys and implemented employee engagement protocols in multiple companies. I have also developed and implemented state-wide and local community change initiatives and organizational change efforts resulting in long-term business success I have an M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and have spoken at many national and local conferences on various topics, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, communication, team development, and leadership.
