I am a passionate Mentoring Program Officer dedicated to empowering young people to unlock their potential and thrive in both their academic and professional journeys. My mission is to create opportunities for growth, connection, and transformation through mentorship, coaching, and community-building Initiatives. With a strong background in Professional and Leadership development, Event planning, and Program management, I work closely with Tertiary students across Kenya to help them build critical soft skills, develop meaningful professional networks, and transition confidently into the workforce. I have a proven track record of coaching students to engage effectively with mentors, navigate career pathways, and take ownership of their futures. In my role, I have successfully championed partnerships with organizations, coordinated large-scale student events, and managed logistics for Tertiary Annual camps and professional networking programs. My work is rooted in the belief that the right support, exposure, and encouragement can turn potential into achievement. Beyond Professional Career development, I bring creativity and attention to detail to every project I manage — with a flair for event organization, a passion for soft and great experiences, and a talent for creating impactful, memorable events and programs.
